THROWBACK OF DA DAY / DAFT PUNK-TECHNOLOGIC
"Buy it, use it, break it, fix it, trash it, change it, mail-upgrade it".....Although only just a few years old this "Throwback of the day" is already a classic in my book. French duo Daft Punk (who is also one of my favorite groups) released this banger "Technologic" as their second single from their now classic album Human After All. I remember the first time I heard this track while working at Urban Outfitters back in 2005. I was instantly hooked....This track has since seen many hot remixes by the likes of Peaches, Vitalic, Basement Jaxx, and a portion of the vocals were also later used in Busta Rhymes hit single "Touch It" produced by my man Swizz Beatz. Sick shit.I got to check out the Major Lazer show at Terminal 5 last year and shit was bananas! Major Lazers dancers performed some of the most jaw dropping stage antics I've ever seen! especially those crazy dives from tall ladders, and those sick scandalous sex moves you seen in their videos.
